Our Exclusive Orientation
If you're shopping for a safe sports scuba diving program, you've contacted the right place. However, shopping for a safe scuba program by telephone or web is like trying to buy a car sight unseen. If you've never been in our store before we would love to meet you and give you an incredible orientation to our sports scuba diving program. We would like the opportunity to personally show you our facility, answer your questions, and let you play with some of the best scuba diving gear around. The orientation only takes 10 minutes, 15 if we're having fun, and 20 if we are having a great time. Come by anytime. I think you will agree, your safety and comfort are worth a few minutes of fun learning about our "Exclusive" Ocean Diver Experience.
Aqua Adventures is the creator of the Ocean Diver, Ocean Adventurer and Ocean Explorer Programs. The Ocean Diver Experience prepares you to be a skilled, knowledgeable, confident and certified scuba diver in time for your next vacation! 
We begin by providing you with the background, knowledge, skills and equipment, not only to
become a SCUBA diver but to master the skills that enhance every moment we get to enjoy in the underwater realm. You will enjoy incredible reefs teaming with tropical fish, the experience of being weightless flying underwater, and the adrenaline rush of a chance to encounter a pod of Dolphins or other exotic underwater wild life! We do not offer the "Superfast" classes that certify you in one weekend. We will not just "Dip you, Bless you" and hand you a certification card. We want to ensure you'll be a comfortable, confident diver so you can enjoy your diving experiences for many years to come.
In designing the Ocean Diver Program, we have teamed up some of the best Professional Scuba Divers in the world and brought their experiences here to create the best overall training program of its kind.
Our Ocean Diver Program includes:
- Reef Fish I.D. Program by Paul Humann
- Shark Awareness Program from Stuart's Cove
- PCD - Personal Diving Computer
- Protect the Reef Neutral Buoyancy Course
- Responsible Partner and Buddy Awareness Programs
- Boat diving basics for the traveling diver
- Open Water Diver Certification including "Dive Planning Portfolio"
Our classrooms are a great place to gain knowledge as you socialize with your instructor and friends. Our classes will get you excited, as we show you slides and videos, and share our diving enthusiasm and love for the underwater environment.
An indoor heated pool makes getting ready for scuba diving in Cayman or Hawaii almost as much fun as being there.
Going out of town is the highlight of your diving course. We will head out to one of Texas' best dive sites to enjoy a full weekend of adventure. If you want, you can get a student referral so you can complete your open water dives on your Caribbean vacation or on one of our many package trips!

Weekend courses meet 2 weeks + Lake:
Sat 9-4pm (classroom) & Sun 8-3pm (pool)
